PRAYER INTERCESSORS

We wholeheartedly invite and encourage anyone who wishes to offer prayers for the work of the World Apostolate of Fatima. Prayerful intercession is the essence and foundational support of our mission.

๏ปฟOur Lady of Fatima’s message is a beacon of hope and a call to action for all believers. She revealed that prayer, especially intercessory prayer, is a powerful means to obtain God’s mercy and bring about transformation in the world.

Examples from the Lives of the Fatima Seers

The young seers of Fatima responded to Mary’s call with extraordinary faith:

Lucia, Francisco, and Jacinta devoted themselves to daily prayer, especially the Rosary, even in the face of misunderstanding and suffering. Their perseverance is a testament to the power of childlike trust and obedience.

The Angel of Peace, who appeared to them in 1916, before Our Lady's apparitions, taught them to pray with reverence and to offer sacrifices for the conversion of sinners, saying:

“Make of everything you can a sacrifice and offer it to God as an act of reparation for the sins by which He is offended, and in supplication, for the conversion of sinners.”

Despite their youth, Francisco and Jacinta embraced suffering with joy, offering their prayers and sacrifices for others. Jacinta in particular was known for her fervent prayers for sinners and her deep compassion for souls in need of God’s mercy.

Why Your Intercession Matters

Today, the world still needs the prayers of faithful intercessors. Mary’s message remains urgent:

“Pray the Rosary every day… to obtain peace for the world and the end of the war, for only she can obtain this.”

By following the example of the Fatima children, our prayers can:

  • Bring peace to troubled hearts and nations
  • Obtain the conversion of sinners and the healing of families
  • Console the Immaculate Heart of Mary, so wounded by the sins of humanity.

A Prayer for Intercessors

Let us echo the prayer taught by the Angel of Peace:

“My God, I believe, I adore, I hope, and I love you. I ask pardon for those who do not believe, do not adore, do not hope, and do not love you.”

Be Inspired—Be Faithful

As you offer your prayers and sacrifices, remember the courage and love of the Fatima seers. Your intercession is a vital response to Mary’s call—a living hope for the world and a precious gift to the Heart of Our Lady. May the example of Lucia, Francisco, and Jacinta inspire you to persevere in prayer, trusting that through our faithfulness, God’s grace will bring about peace and conversion.

Hi Fatima team, I wanted to share that we have been praying at our parish to Our Lady for an increase in parishioners attending our Five First Saturday prayer events. I am delighted to report that we are now seeing around 15-20 participants most months – praise be to God! ๏ปฟ
