The New Errors of Russia

Cultural Marxism and Modern Secularism

When Our Lady spoke of Russia spreading its errors throughout the world she was speaking then of Communism. But now we have to deal with what may be described as the “New Errors of Russia” - that is the promotion of cultural Marxism, modern secularism and the “Culture of Death.”

Following the Russian Revolution, no-fault divorce was introduced in Russia in 1918, while Religious marriage was abolished, and Feminism promoted. In 1920, the Russian Soviet Republic became the first country in the world to allow abortion in all circumstances. Clearly abortion and divorce, in particular, are factors which strike directly at family life, and could be said to be the cornerstones of the modern “culture of death.” These errors have deeply impacted the history of the twentieth century and also show what may happen in the future if the world continues on its present sinful path.

Revolutionary Movements & Modern Times

The three great revolutionary movements of modern time - the Reformation, and the French and Russian Revolutions, are very much key concerns when considering the offences which revolutionary men and their ideologies bring against God; in particular His first three commandments which relate to His diety, His name and the Holy Sabbath. These have a great deal to do with the offences that the Angel and Our Lady refer to.

Revolutionary movements concern themselves with opposing beliefs that blaspheme against God and therefore consign many to the judgement that the Children of Fatima witness in the vision of hell, and the requirement for reparations for such offences. Communism is and has always been an enemy of the Church in that it attempts to deny God and His Church.

The three great movements above have been central to the great spiritual and moral decline in the world since the 16th century. and in essence, can be paralleled by Guadalupe, Lourdes and Fatima.

A struggle has been going on which has seen the spiritual influence of the Church greatly decline – and this also explains why God has sent Our Lady to intervene over the last five hundred years in particular.

“In the end, after all this the Holy Father will consecrate Russia to me—but she did not say how —and Russia will be converted and an era of peace will be granted, but this was Our Lady’s way of referring to the wars and persecutions and mistakes that atheistic communism was causing throughout the world.” Sr Lucia

The 1917 Russian Revolution, which took place just after the apparitions at Fatima, was a wholesale attempt to completely destroy religion in that country and also export Communism around the world.

Even though Communism has mostly collapsed, the “Errors of Russia”  have changed in form and are now seriously damaging the modern world under the form of cultural Marxism.

The Collegial Consecration led to the peaceful collapse of Communism in Russia and Eastern Europe only a few years later, but so far Russia has not been converted.

In addition to abortion, divorce, etc, there are other errors associated with Communism/Cultural Marxism, including a disregard for the value of the individual person made in the image and likeness of God, as well as attacks on the person and the family.

These errors have now become part of atheistic, materialist Western society, and the situation is getting worse as these errors become more widespread.

CULTURAL MARXISM

Cultural Marxism has had a huge impact on our society, as for example in the ideology behind the revolution which developed in the 1960s. It seeks to control the culture, by undermining existing moral standards, including regarding morality. It also attacks the family and other basic social institutions, principally through the mass media and educational bodies. (This is not a criticism of individuals but rather of an ideology).

Cultural Marxism is responsible for the growth of ideas such as “political correctness,” which seek to control the way people think and act so as to produce a new culture. This approach shifted the focus from Marxist idea about class to so-called “marginalized” groups such as feminists, etc. That is, it focused more on the culture, and hence the term, Cultural Marxism. The media have greatly accelerated all these trends by their promotion of these errors.

Thus, more than ever, we need the message given by Our Lady at Fatima!
