Consecration to the Holy Family

In his homily at the Beatification on 13^th May 2000, Pope Saint John Paul II said that Francisco attained “a true form of mystical union with the Lord”.

The Pope also said that Jacinta, “could well exclaim with St Paul: ‘I rejoice in my sufferings for your sake, and in my flesh I complete what is lacking in Christ’s afflictions for the sake of his body, the Church’ ” (Col 1: 24).
